UO%40IEA, or the Academic Engineering℠ Institute at Onyx University, is the cornerstone training program within Onyx Institute. 
It is designed to equip educators with the skills and knowledge required to apply Academic Engineering℠ principles in their classrooms. 
Through hands-on training and real-world problem-solving, UO%40IEA helps educators understand how to design and implement evidence-based learning experiences that promote student engagement, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Academic Excellence and Academic Ensurance℠ are our two interrelated and complementary approaches to improving education. 
Academic Excellence focuses on developing and implementing innovative and effective solutions to improve education, such as new teaching methods, technology-based learning, and data-driven instruction. 
Academic Ensurance℠ focuses on ensuring that these solutions are implemented in an ethical, inclusive, and equitable way, without causing more harm, leaving people behind, or creating too many new problems.
